“Land O’Frost® / National Sandwich Day” Contest Official Rules

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Enter to win the “Land O’Frost/National Sandwich Day” contest by emailing contest entry information to info@landomoms.com via contest application onwww.facebook.com/landofrost.
  2. How To Play: Between November 1, 2012 and November 7, 2012 (the “Promotion Period”) participants must submit their full name, valid email address and weirdest, but tasty sandwich combination via contest application on the Land O’Frost Facebook page (facebook.com/landofrost). Limit one (1) entry per Facebook account over the course of the Promotion Period.
  3. Grand Prize & Retail Value: A year’s supply of Land O’Frost products (equivalent to 12 coupons) and a custom-designed lunchbox with winner’s image (if supplied by winner by November 14).Approximate Retail Value of the grand prize is $100.
  1. Selection of Winners: Land O’Frost will collect entries starting 9:00 a.m. CST on Thursday, November 1, 2012 through Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. CST. A panel of Land O’Frost judges will select one winner at random from pool of eligible entries. The winner will be selected and notified by email on November 7, 2012. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of valid entries received during the Promotion Period. No incomplete entries accepted; entrant must submit all required information to be eligible to win.
  2. Rights & Ownership: Land O’Frost reserves the right to publish all submissions on Land O’Frost owned internet properties including but not limited to LandOMoms.com, LandOFrost.com, pinterest.com/LandOFrost, twitter.com/LandOFrost and Facebook.com/LandOFrost.
  3. Eligibility: Game open to legal residents of the US 18 years of age and older. Employees of Land O’Frost, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Contest, their immediate family members and persons living in the same households of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. If the potential grand prize winner declines the prize, they forfeit the prize and/or prize value and the sponsor may elect to award the prize to another eligible entrant.
  4. Conditions of Participation: Entrants are solely responsible for participating in the Contest during the Promotion Period and properly claiming a prize if selected as a winner. No prize substitution or transfer of prize prior to awarding. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all respects, and to release Land O’Frost, Inc.
